Tessa’s Overnight Oat Creation

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder (I use whatever flavour I have in the house)
1/2 cup water
1 heaping tbsp of Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2 cup (ish) of fresh fruit (whatever kind you like best)
Directions:
Place all your dry ingredients in a container.
Add the greek yogurt and water to the dry ingredients.
Mix this up really well.
Place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning toss it in the microwave for 30s & stir.
Top with whatever fresh fruit you have/like! My go to’s are bananas, strawberries, blueberries, or kiwis!
