Tessa’s Overnight Oat Creation

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use whatever flavour I have in the house)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 heaping tbsp of Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1/2 cup (ish) of fresh fruit (whatever kind you like best)

Directions:

  • Place all your dry ingredients in a container.

  • Add the greek yogurt and water to the dry ingredients.

  • Mix this up really well.

  • Place in the fridge overnight.

  • In the morning toss it in the microwave for 30s & stir.

  • Top with whatever fresh fruit you have/like! My go to’s are bananas, strawberries, blueberries, or kiwis!

Not pretty, but truly delicious
