
An 8-week postnatal training program for new moms on mat leave who want to build strength, do something for themselves, and bond with other incredible women who are going through the same thing
Start Date Tuesday June 3rd
This program includes:
→ 8-week progressive overload program with 2 sessions / week to build strength, transform your fitness level and how you feel in your body
→ A one-on-one goal setting session to go over your past & present with fitness & to learn where you are currently at in your postpartum journey to be able to make the most out of the 8 weeks of training
→ Wellness Day with our pelvic floor physiotherapist to teach you how to regain strength in your pelvic floor and core after giving birth to be able to continue doing all the things you love
→ Support from your trainer in & out of the gym, whether you need make up workouts / travel workouts, or just a little extra emotional support on the hard days
→ Our Accountability Partner Support System to help you stay consistent & finish what you started
→ A sound bath session to help you relax, recover and connect to yourself to keep you feeling and performing your best during training sessions
→ Access to additional mobility routines to get you feeling your best, while opening up your body through its full range of motion
→ Access to over 300 SSC recipes
→ A private virtual support group for clients in the Mommy & Me Program only. Here you’ll have 24/7 support and accountability from your Mom friends taking this on with you!
→ Walking Club twice a week to bond with your team while getting your daily steps in
→ Mom & Baby photoshoot to celebrate at the end of the program!!!!
