Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk (your choice of milk)

  • 1 serving chocolate whey isolate protein OR chocolate vegan protein

  •  2 tbsp cocoa powder 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 1 cup frozen spinach 

  • 1/3 avocado 

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup ice 

  • Optional: 1 tbsp sweetener of choice

  • Top with: 1 tsp pink himalayan sea salt

Directions:

  • Throw all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth & delicious

  • Sprinkle & stir in pink himalayan sea salt to bring out the chocolatey flavour and enjoy!
