Spicy Tuna Bagel

Ingredients:

  • 1 everything bagel

  • 1 can of tuna

  • ¼ cup finely shredded lettuce

  • ¼ cup finely cubed cucumber

  • 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1tbsp sriracha

  • 2tbsp finely sliced green onion

Directions:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together can of tuna, finely shredded lettuce, finely cubed cucumber, finely sliced green onion, mayonnaise and sriracha.

  • Toast bagel as desired.

  • Top bagel with tuna mixture to create a sandwich – and enjoy!
