NOTE: I talk about “repeat” training weeks in the beginning of this episode, I recorded this episode in summer when we were using a different approach to progressive overload, please ignore this as we have changed our approach this round. I also mention walking club towards the end of the program, again please ignore this, it was a summer feature when the weather is nice, this round we are doing mobility, foam rolling & sound bath sessions instead!
