Shrimp Naan Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Naan

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or DF Sour Cream

  • 1/4 cup Shallot (chopped)

  • 2 cups Shrimp (small, peeled and deveined)

  • 1 cup Fresh Lump Crab Meat, Cooked

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 stalk Green Onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp Basil Leaves (chopped)

  • 1 tsp Thyme (fresh)

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Once preheated, add the naan to the baking sheet and bake for five minutes.

  • Remove from the oven. Top each naan with sour cream, shallots, shrimp, and crab meat. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for eight to 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

  • In a bowl, combine the green onions, parsley, basil, and thyme.

  • Once cooked, garnish each pizza with the herb mix. Enjoy!
