Easy High Protein Pizza

Ingredients:
1.5 cups self rising flour
1.5 cups plan greek yogurt
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
Any other toppings you like! Add all the protein and veggies you like best
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450ºF
Mix flour and yogurt together in a bowl to form a dough; transfer to your counter that should be floured with self-rising flour
Knead dough, adding more flour as needed to keep it from being too sticky
Spray a baking sheet with olive oil (or use parchment paper) and transfer the dough to the sheet, spreading it out into a thin layer with your hands
Bake the crust in your preheated oven for 7 minutes
While it’s in the oven, mix your pizza sauce with oregano and garlic powder in a bowl
Remove crust from the oven and add sauce, cheese, and all your toppings and return to the oven. Bake until crust is golden and slightly crispy (about 7 minutes more)
